INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Are you unhappy or struggling in your life? Are you looking for a place to turn where you will feel supported, validated and listened to? Even on a planet that is populated by over seven billion people, the world can sometimes feel like a cold and lonely place.

Therapy often serves to heighten understanding and raise awareness. It can provide another perspective, assist you through a difficult transition or help to ease emotional pain. Finding a mental health professional who you feel comfortable with to share and open up can be a challenge. Therapy is meant to enrich your life. I am here to help you connect, or re-connect, to your life in meaningful ways.

HOW SUPPORT FOR LIFE CAN HELP
Good therapy most frequently starts by building a trusting relationship. This is achieved when the person seeking help feels the therapist is present with him or her as a fellow human being. While working together, my objective is to understand your experience as much as possible. No one has walked in your shoes, but I strive for a caring, authentic and open experience with you. I utilize a variety of therapy models including:

Gestalt Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

WHAT TO DO NEXT

WHY INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?
- You want to resolve inner conflicts with the help of a trained professional.

- Couple or family counseling is not possible because others won't agree or are unable to attend.

- The struggles you are having are personal and you would like privacy.

"Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending." ~ Carl Bard
