FINDING YOUR STRENGTH
Our society supports individuals who embrace smart choices to improve physical health, such as going to the gym and eating right. Why should mental health be any less important? Therapy provides an opportunity to strengthen your emotional self. Support for Life believes that people who seek mental health services are resilient and I encourage those people to tap into their own strengths and make cognizant decisions that can lead to emotional fulfillment. My aim is to create a safe and healing partnership with you to help you move forward, build stronger relationships, and create a healthier you!

SUPPORT THROUGH STRUGGLE
A client-centered approach is incorporated into the psychotherapeutic environment with the use of a number of therapeutic models and approaches. Support for Life assists individuals seeking professional help with a range of life challenges such as stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anger, marital/couple difficulties, and family crises. In addition, I can assist with the complexities of parenting family issues and relationship problems. I look forward to learning how I can help. Many insurances are accepted.
